The Rockwall Matrix delivers structured, ongoing training built to support the complete development of Rockwall Yellowjackets baseball players. Designed and delivered by MARR STRENGTH®, this system provides foundational strength training, targeted shoulder development, and daily workouts that directly support performance, durability, and long-term athletic development on the field.

The Rockwall Matrix is built for all baseball players—position players and pitchers alike—focusing on movement efficiency, joint integrity, force output, balance, and workload capacity. The goal is simple: help athletes move better, stay healthy, and perform at a higher level throughout the season and beyond.

Athletes will also have the option for one in-person session per month at MARR STRENGTH® in Southlake, Texas. This session can be used for assessment, guided training, or individualized refinement to ensure the online training is being executed correctly and adjusted as needed.
