Do I Need to Have the BoxMatrix Kit?

However, if you plan to complete the BoxMatrix program from home, you’ll need equipment similar to what’s included in the BoxMatrix Kit. If you already have access to comparable gear, the program is absolutely feasible for you.
The Kit includes the following:
A 6-inch and 12-inch plyo box (or an adjustable equivalent)
A loadable tool (such as our BoxMatrix Sandbag)
A large resistance band
A hip band
